My ultimate goal is simple: to make our time on the mountain a fun, engaging, and rewarding learning experience.
Every skier is different, so once I get to know your goals, abilities, and preferences, I’ll tailor my coaching to help you get the most out of your time with me.
Whether you want to improve your technique, build confidence, explore challenging terrain, or discover the best spots Aspen Snowmass has to offer, I’m here to help you make the most of your time on the mountain and enjoy every moment of it.
Video analysis is an integral part of my coaching, helping us connect what you feel with what’s actually happening. I want you to leave not only skiing better, but understanding your skiing better, with clear feedback and something meaningful to work on. If you don’t, feel free to ask for your money back. :)

Carving and high-performance skiing
Are you obsessed with carving? Is the "ass-to-grass" APEX shot your ultimate goal? Welcome to the club. You need to try my latest tricks for increasing your edge angle and bending your skis like a trampoline.
Moguls and bumps
Do you only really have fun skiing when the snow stops being flat? Or would you like to keep up with friends who ski bumps all day long? Let's do that! Tactics, line choice, pressure control, pole plants, and more. We'll have so much fun!
Highland Bowl and off-piste skiing
Highlands it is! An off-piste skiing paradise with a unique atmosphere, a place where skiers are made. I'll teach you how to shred powder, ski the trees, and enjoy the legendary hike up Highland Bowl.
Steeps and extreme terrain
Are you looking for a real challenge? Let's explore terrain that many skiers find intimidating. I'll help you learn to ski steep slopes with greater control and confidence, so you can enjoy the challenge and push your limits.
Skiing with Carv
Are you a Carv user? Think you can beat me in the SkiIQ battle? :) Let's have fun exploring Carv technology and learning how to interpret your data.
Video coaching
A session focused on video analysis and detailed feedback. Let's break your skiing technique down into smaller pieces, then put them back together in a new way.
Resort guiding
Never been to Aspen before? Or want to discover the secret spots only locals know about? No worries! I'll show you the best runs for the day's conditions across all four Aspen Snowmass mountains, along with my favourite spots for lunch or a great coffee on the mountain.
Ski buddy for a day
No coaching or drills unless you want them. A good day on the mountain with someone who knows it and can get you inspired.

Booking
I arrange the booking with Aspen Snowmass Ski & Snowboard School for you. Officially, the lesson is booked through the Ski Co.

The big day! I'll meet you at one of our four mountains, and then our ski day can begin. Skiing, drills, lunch, video feedback, a coffee break, and plenty of fun. It's going to be a great day, believe me!
Summary
You'll leave our session with clear feedback and something meaningful to work on in your skiing. The journey has just begun.

A few things to know
What makes your coaching different from a regular ski lesson?
I'm not just another ski instructor. I train other ski instructors, combining a deep understanding of skiing technique with the ability to explain what makes a turn work. My goal is to help you improve your skiing, understand your movement, and develop skills you can continue working on long after our session.
Who is your coaching for?
I work with skiers who want to refine their technique, understand their skiing better, or become more confident across different terrain and conditions. Whether you're looking to improve your carving, develop your short turns, or explore what's possible on skis, I'll tailor the session to your ability, goals, and interests.
Will you adapt the session to my goals and skiing ability?
Absolutely. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. Every skier is different, so I draw on a broad range of techniques, exercises, and feedback tools to find what works best for you. Whether you want focused technical coaching or a day exploring the mountain, we'll shape the session around what you want to get out of it.
Where do we ski, and how do I book?
I coach at Aspen Snowmass, choosing the terrain and conditions that best suit your goals. Private lessons are booked through Aspen Snowmass Ski & Snowboard School. Get in touch to discuss what you'd like to work on, and I'll help you plan your session and navigate the booking process.
How do you use technology in your coaching?
I use video analysis and Carv to help you see and understand your skiing from different perspectives. Video lets us examine your movements, while Carv provides additional data and feedback on your skiing. As a Carv ambassador and member of the Carv Performance Institute, I explore how these tools can support a deeper understanding of skiing technique. Combined with on-snow observation and an understanding of human movement, they help us identify what is happening in your turns, why it matters, and what to work on next.
Do you teach in other languages?
English, Czech and German.
