The approach

Learning through experimentation.

Each workshop focuses on a specific topic, exploring it from different perspectives through practical experimentation, discussion, and hands-on learning.

I believe the best learning happens through experimentation. We try, observe, feel, and reflect. By experiencing things for ourselves, we move beyond simply knowing what works to understanding why.

The goal is to challenge assumptions, develop a deeper understanding, and turn new insights into something you can apply to your own skiing.

How it works

  1. Get in touch

Send me a message with your preferred dates and the topics you'd like to explore. The most important thing is to get started. :)

  2. Booking

Once we've agreed on the dates and topic, I'll arrange the booking, and we'll be all set!

  3. On-snow workshop

Skiing, drills, lunch, more skiing, video feedback, a coffee break, and plenty of fun. It's going to be a great and productive day, believe me!

  4. Indoor workshop

A short lecture, movement analysis and technical discussion. We'll dive deep.

  5. Summary

You'll leave the workshop with clear written feedback and something meaningful to work on in your skiing. The journey has just begun.

  6. Follow-up

I'd love you to send me a video after a few weeks so we can review your progress together. You can also continue working with me through eCoaching.

FAQ

A few things to know

What topics can your workshops cover?

My workshops explore skiing technique, biomechanics, movement analysis, and the principles behind effective skiing. Depending on the program, we can focus on contemporary skiing and carving, performance and race skiing, or off-piste skiing and moguls. The content can also be tailored to the interests and goals of your group.

Who are your workshops designed for?

My workshops are designed for skiers who want to deepen their understanding of skiing and improve their performance. Most programs suit intermediate to expert skiers, although the required level depends on the topic. I also work with ski instructors and professional groups looking to explore skiing technique and movement in greater depth.

Are your workshops mainly practical or theoretical?

Both. I believe the best learning happens when ideas are connected to experience. Workshops combine on-snow exploration and experimentation with video analysis, movement analysis, and indoor discussions. The balance depends on the topic, the group, and what participants want to achieve.

Can I organize a workshop for my own group?

Absolutely. You can organize a workshop for friends, club members, fellow instructors, or your ski school team. We can discuss the topic, adapt the content to the group's skiing level and objectives, and find a format that works for everyone. Groups with similar skiing abilities generally allow for the most effective experience.

What is included in a workshop?

Alongside on-snow coaching and practical exploration, workshops can include video feedback, technical discussions, and personalized written recommendations. The exact format depends on the program, but the goal is always to give you a clearer understanding of your skiing and practical ideas you can continue working on afterwards.

Where do your workshops take place, and can you travel to us?

I run workshops in Europe and the United States and can also work with ski schools, clubs, and organizations at their own locations. Public workshops are announced as dates and locations are confirmed. If you have a group or organization in mind, get in touch to discuss the possibilities.
